Go Up, Up and Away with Celebrity Cruises’ new agent incentive

Celebrity Cruises’ new Up, Up and Away incentive aims to help agents make more bookings this autumn. The campaign includes offers for customers to help agents make bookings during August and September, according to director of sales Nicki Tempest-Mitchell (pictured, below right).

Customers booking cruises before the end of September will benefit from a free upgrade, from an ocean view cabin to a balcony cabin, reduced flight prices from just £49 and complimentary drinks packages worth up to $1,400. The offer also includes free parking at Southampton

and chauffeur-driven car services for suite guests sailing out of Southampton. Tempest-Mitchell said: “This is a really

strong campaign for us and our best-ever autumn incentive. “On our ex-UK Eclipse offering we have

free upgrades from ocean view to balcony cabins and that’s a really good selling point for agents and a strong message. That can be combined with a free classic beverage drinks package and free parking in Southampton. “Agents can use these three together and it’s a very strong offer for their customers. On our Europe and Med

sailings we have flights from £49 to £249 and that’s astonishing. These again can be coupled with the other offers. “We are also offering reduced flight prices on our worldwide product for destinations such as the Caribbean and Australia.” Tempest-Mitchell said the line

always tried to make it easier for agents to sell and she believed this campaign would do the trick.
