Overhead Line Electrifi cation


We have made signifi cant investments into the overhead line (OHL) electrifi cation market and quickly established ourselves as the leading provider of specialist plant to this sector. The sales and operations team has been bolstered by OHL specialists dedicated to providing our customers with great sales support and service prior to and through the lifecycle of any hire.


We can now supply any electrifi cation project in the country with a wide range of portable equipment, including line safety equipment, contact wire tools, lifting equipment, cable tools, drills and saws, cutting tools, and much more.


All equipment is supplied to a very high industry standard, being serviced and tested


prior to hire and maintained to a very high level by our mobile fl eet of fi tters or back at the Torrent Trackside local depot, all undertaken using rigorous health and safety procedures.


We are already supporting some of the major OHL projects taking place at various locations and signature projects in Scotland and the Midlands.

Coverage


We have a network of depots supporting all areas of the country, from Glasgow in the north to London in the south.


Each depot team engages with and works collaboratively with our customers. The management team attend planning and review meetings with our customers and are always striving to contribute to improving the delivery of all projects they are involved with, providing an intuitive local service.


Each depot is supported by dedicated plant fi tters and operators of the specialist equipment we supply, making us the local supplier no matter where your project might be. We provide a 24/7 service 365 days a year and have been providing critical support to many comp anie s during the r ecen t poor
