Alton Towers Enchanted Village
Alton Towers is to add to its on-site accommodation offer with the creation of an Enchanted Village comprising 120 lodges and five luxury treehouses. Plans, which were approved by Staffordshire Moorlands District Council last month, also call for a themed restaurant, play area and car park. The development will be built to the north of the Splash Landings Hotel and Cariba Creek waterpark, one of two hotels already on site at the UK resort. Construction is expected to start later this year ahead of a spring 2015 opening.

Those staying at the Gardaland Hotel can also choose from five new Sea Life themed rooms, each featuring shell-shaped beds and marine creatures decorating the walls and ceiling.
Europa-Park’s cultural exchange continues
Europa-Park enjoys good relations with many other parks around the world, and recently representatives from Samsung Everland in South Korea visited the park in Rust, Germany, to reinforce their close co-operation.
