rive on just about any highway and chances are that you might pass a truck whose cargo is cov-
ered by a tarpaulin. These large, pro- tective sheets are great for shielding
shipments from the elements, protect- ing their finish from being chipped or scratched during transport and for hid- ing cargo from prying eyes. Whether it is a large piece of new machinery
worth tens of thousands of dollars be- ing delivered to a customer or second- hand furniture being moved in the back of a pick-up truck, loads covered by tarps are a common sight. Occasion-
