HOLIDAY ENTITLEMENT
Holiday allowances seem to be becoming fairly standardised with most companies offering 25 days + bank holidays. The minimum allowance of 20 days is still a common option however.
53% of respondents stated that their holiday entitlement increases based on length of service and so this is an additional benefi t that would seem quite commonplace now.
