for your support of the Southeast Region and USA Triathlon in 2013. Our elections have passed and your voices have been heard. The USA Triathlon South Midwest Region kicks off each

year with the Regional Conference and the Regional Duathlon Championship, Frost Yer Fanny. The weekend-long event takes place at the beginning of each calendar year and rotates to major centers of the region every two years. After spending the last two years in Dallas, Texas, the event will return to Shreveport, L.A., from February 7-9, 2014. All members are invited to start the 2014 multisport season with the spirit of camaraderie by attending the conference which includes a general membership meeting for all USAT SMW members, coach and race director clinics, a vendor’s expo and the incredible award banquet. Sunday’s Frost Yer Fanny Duathlon, hosted by Sportspectrum, will complete the weekend’s events. Visit www.frostyerfanny.org for more details. The region would also like to send congratulations to the

We seek to bring value to members through the cMEcompete platform. Create a profile, join a team and get in on the activity. The Southeast Regional mobile platform will serve as the clearinghouse for happenings in our sport, thus we ask your help in providing content in the months ahead and to reference the platform with regularity. Again, we all are part of this mosaic multisport family and through

our interactions and celebrations collectively we all become better. Volunteers play a critical role in the success of the region. Interested in volunteering for a committee or the council?
