TRAILERS AND TRAILER BIKES

Pendle

PENDLE’S BIKE trailers have recently undergone some updates as part of getting Type Approval – which is now a legal requirement for trailers sold in the UK. Both the six and 12 Bike Trailers have

got updated mudguards, spray suppression and improved light units. The well-proven bike fittings, however, are unchanged. Other developments from Pendle include the Six Bike Trailer, which is now available with optional raised tyre supports so that longer wheelbase bikes,

such as electric bikes and downhill bikes in XL sizes, can be comfortably accommodated. This is alongside the existing option for tandem attachments. The 12 Bike Trailer is especially suited

to group outings as well as the likes of cycle hire outlets, schools and councils (or

bike shops). The trailers are fitted with individual bike slots or wheel mounts, which are adjustable for various sizes of bicycles. There’s tons more information at www.pendle-bike.co.uk. Alternatively, email info@pendle-bike.co.uk or call 01282 699 555

When not in use it can be folded onto the seat stay of the rider’s own bike via secure fixing clips. Once you have finished using it, it can be converted into a cargo trailer, thanks to a kit turning it into Carry Angel.
