A Fusion of Colour!
Sporty styles and strong colours. RICOSTA continue to evolve with exciting developments in the range. The ever popular “Nippy” for the younger boys and girls continues to be a strong market leader with new styles and colours for Spring Summer 2014. Ballerina’s still feature strongly but there is also a focus on boots for next Summer.
Striking pinks and purples for the girls along with camouflaged
colourful effects of pinks and silvers ensure a fashionable following. Sparkly tones of silver and platinum entice whilst on the sporty styles “nudes” are mixed with “neon yellow” and “orange” to create a flash of inspiration.
For the younger boys, some great “flashing light” shoes and
sandals are available. The boys still have the fashionable light coloured sole units on the more casual styles with a contrasting colourful stripe along the sole unit. The “skater” and “baseball boot” trend continues with vibrant new colours, style and striking appliqués. The boys too, see a mix of “nudes” and “brights” to entice all ages.
Zips feature strongly this Summer for boys and girls,
especially in contrasting colours and on the outside of the boot or shoe. Some lines prove that “less is more” with a subtle effect, where as others use stars, rivets and buckles to create a statement.
There is a stronger focus on shoes this Summer which are
ever more popular with the British weather being so unpredictable! Durable materials and pretty coloured nubucks’ create a range that will entice parents. Ankle Boots feature heavily and are seen as the “new shoe” suitable for all weather. Lots of contrasting materials such as mesh inlays create a fabulous 3 dimensional feel to the range.
