Omnichannel solutions for every size of retailer Despite our success we have never lost our

commitment to the independent retailer and our enthusiasm for solving retail problems. Our latest Microsoft Windows 8 omni-channel version of our e-pos system can be used for standalone shops, concessions and franchises and can easily be integrated with our e-rmis head office system for larger users. The latest version, which is expected to be the first EPOS solution available on the new Microsoft platform, has been designed with a Windows 8 look and feel, with icons that can be adjusted on the display to suit the user. Eurostop e-pos has been optimised to run on hand held devices including tablets and smartphones. The software is not just feature rich; it is also

easier and more intuitive for staff to use. Reducing the requirement for training, and utilises mobile technology such as voice activation. This latest release will run alongside current versions of e-rmis in a mixed environment ie Windows 7, Windows 8, providing a flexible and risk free upgrade path for existing customers.

Harnessing mobile We continue to see the convergence of online and mobile with bricks and mortar stores, and our mobile solutions have been a huge hit with our customers. Our e-pos solution now runs on both mobile and tablet devices. This provides a flexible and versatile solution enabling staff to help customers with stock enquiries anywhere around the store, and it can also be used as a temporary checkout kiosk for queue busting purposes. Additional, pop-up checkout kiosks can be very

useful at busy times. Eurostop’s solution includes a touch screen tablet, a network receipt printer, and a wireless scanner.

Reach your customers via Social Media To really bring mobile EPOS into the 21st

century and enable you to harness social media, we are able to provide the option of paperless receipts. Customers who shop online have for

many years received their receipts via email and it is a natural progression to offer this service in-store as well. Email receipts enable you to reach out to the customer after the sale, providing marketing information on the receipt based on the item purchased, store shopped in or many other variables. This puts an end to the challenge of lost receipts, making refunds and exchanges much easier. These new mobile solutions from Eurostop

further extend our existing comprehensive range of retail management and EPOS solutions. All are supported by powerful and yet intuitive reporting. You can also track customer purchase patterns, as well as connecting with customers in new and innovative ways, using social media to help build the customer experience of your brand and ultimately, drive sales. High profile customers include: Aquascutum,

Ben Sherman, Daks, Joseph, Marie-Chantal, Matches, Pavers Shoes, Pentland Brands Plc, Trespass and many more.
