What is your most important piece of machinery/equipment? Ruggedised tablet PCs.

What do you think the trends will be in 2013? Further pressure on value for money, and a focus on measures of quality from remaining businesses.


How is sustainability embedded within business? We are ISO 9001 registered and our processes include a sustainability measure for all processes and systems.


How important is social media as a means of communication with clients? It’s diffi cult to measure but clearly it is trending upwards each passing month.


Do you monitor your competitors’ progress? Always.

Free client training seminars are a great way to spread the word.

Despite the bad start to the year weather-wise – it is shaping up to be far better.


What is your most important piece of machinery/equipment?


It has to be the Chillington hoe – it comes in handy with many tasks.


What is the busiest time of year for you? Usually May and June.


What do you think the trends/changes will be in 2013?


We have noticed more customers thinking of the environment – i.e. wildlife areas, veg planters and planting to attract bees.


How important is social media as a means of communication with clients?


Very important! We love to show clients our work by uploading daily photos and comments.


How do you fi nd new clients? They fi nd us! We’ve invested a lot of time in being found on searches via the internet.


Describe yourself in three words. Happy, enthusiastic, organised.


What’s your favourite meal? My husband’s Burmese cooking.


What would people be surprised to learn about you? I am a fully qualifi ed primary school teacher.


If you could be any Superhero – who would it be? I feel like a super-hero already! Managing a business and having three children under fi ve!
