The team of chefs at Crown Catering make us drool with this slice of chocolaty heaven

C

rown Catering has been based in Cirencester for the past five years, and quickly became renowned for supporting local suppliers. The

ethos of this outside catering firm is simple: to work with every individual by delivering a personalisedmeal from start to finish, where quality service is matched with outstanding food, cooked by award-winning local chefs. All of the produce used to prepare each dish

is sourced from the Cotswolds area, we’re told, and the team offers complimentary food tastings to all perspective clients, where you can try a range of different starters, main courses and desserts before

committing. There are four regular seasonal menus, featuring over 300 popular dishes, to choose from – but if you still can’t find something you like (really?) the brigade of chefs can add new ones, or even design you a menu from scratch. If you like chocolate, cream and nuts (and

who doesn’t?) then you’ll love this impressive – and popular – dessert from the team. It’s a pud that will work at any time of the year, and the balance of textures, flavours and colours make it a crowd-pleasing winner.
