South East Area 1 May: Anglia Control Centre visit Learn how Network Rail and Greater Anglia work together to keep the commuter service in and out of London Liverpool Street, the intercity services to Norwich and rural train services within East Anglia running. Booking is required for this event due to limited places. 20 May:No more passing signals at danger? Tom Joyner, Network Rail’s principal operations specialist, will give an insight into how the rail network will operate in the future and how it will affect operators. 22 July:Operating the Alliance Operations director Mark Steward will present to us on how the ‘deep alliance’ between Network Rail Wessex Route and South West Trains has gone so far and what is to come.
