Civil & Track Maintenance Senior Manager – UAE £141,000 Total Compensation This is a permanent position and it should be noted that the salary given above includes all expenses and living allowances. Role description The role will manage and represent the clients Maintenance Division and be in charge of the overall design, planning, monitoring and coordination of the line inspection and maintenance applicable to the Track, the Engineering Structures, facilities and other infrastructure in accordance with the Asset Management Strategy of the Company. The position reports to the Maintenance Director and would ideally suit someone with a civil engineering background. Key Accountabilities • Representing the Maintenance Division within the Company. • Developing a good working relationship with the unit’s managers and executives to ensure good communication and synergy throughout.


• Leading the cost effective and timely implementation of the Asset Management Strategy. • Ensuring the assets are maintained to the professional standard required by the O&M Plan and Manuals.


• Reporting any deviations from the Asset Management Strategy to the Maintenance Director - including appropriate workarounds.


• Preparing and submitting suggestions to the Director. • Maintenance regarding the Asset Maintenance Strategy to be adopted (as applicable to the Infrastructure).


• Formulating and submitting suggestions to the Director regarding potential maintenance process improvements.


• Applying new infrastructure maintenance technology in accordance with the Asset Maintenance Strategy.


• Maintaining the highest safe working conditions and practices so as to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and contractors operating within the Company.


• Acting as primary contact for the implementation of Quality Assurance, as regards asset maintenance, through involvement and participation.

Maintenance (Asset) Planning Engineer – UAE £97,000 Total Compensation This is a permanent position and it should be noted that the salary given above includes all expenses and living allowances. Role description To Manage the supplies and procurement process for all equipment, materials (including spares) and services in relation to infrastructure maintenance in conjunction with other managers and the Plant Pool Manager in particular and with respect to the Asset Management Strategy, the Annual Budget as well as the Annual and Lifecycle Maintenance Plans of the Company. The position reports to the Maintenance Director and would ideally suit someone with a logistics and/or supply chain and/or engineering background with equipment management experience. Key Accountabilities • Representing the Budgeting and materials Division within the Company. • Defining the needs for the maintenance of the infrastructure in terms of materiel, equipment and services, based on the inputs provided by the respective divisions and in coordination with them.


• Preparing detailed cost estimates in coordination with the respective divisions and formulating the Annual Budget.


• Editing and preparing the necessary documentation to launch the procurement of materials, equipment and services.


• Monitoring, leading the adherence to and where possible the surpassing of the cost performance targets set out in the Asset Management Strategy, the Annual Budget as well as the Annual and Lifecycle Maintenance Plans.


• Reporting any deviations from the Asset Management Strategy, the Annual Budget as well as the Annual and Lifecycle Maintenance Plans to the Director including appropriate workarounds.


• Monitoring the availability of materials and equipment in coordination with the respective divisions and the planning of future supplies in advance as per the rules and procedures in place.


• Ensuring the continuous update of the Asset Management System’s costs and materiel database adopted by the Company and the elaboration/updating of trends and performance forecasts.
