Following the development of the Port of Liverpool, Fred. Olsen plans to base Boudicca there for 10 cruises this summer, ranging from four to 12 nights and travelling as far as the Canary Islands. Fred Olsen has also added Harwich and Belfast to its list of regional departure ports this year.


Carnival Cruises is doubling its UK presence, with the newly- refurbished Celebrity Infi nity to be ased in Harwich this summer. Royal Caribbean International will welcome the arrival of a second ship based out of Southampton when Adventure of the Seas joins the popular Independence of the Seas in May. Brilliance of the Seas will celebrate its maiden season from Harwich, and guest favourite Celebrity


Eclipse will sail from Southampton for yet another summer season. Destination-immersive cruise line Azamara Club Cruises will also call into Southampton in June and August with Azamara Journey.
