This year’s workshops will be looking at topical issues of interest to the sector, including the perennial subject of ground damage, due to be addressed by the IATA Ground Damage Database; integrated settlements (and how monetary transactions have been speeded up through technology) and the ever-popular risk management. Apart from this there are slots scheduled for the SHGA and Service Level Agreements. Finally, the Ground Handling International staff will be present and will be delighted to welcome you to the magazine’s stand.
