Talkingshop THE SECTION JUST FOR AGENTS CTO launches online with Travel Uni BY LAURA GELDER
TRAVEL UNI is to host a new training programme for the
Caribbean Tourism
Organisation, also introducing a rewards scheme for agents.
The CTO currently runs a paper- based scheme but the online facility aims to help a wider community of agents learn, share tips and news, monitor their progress and count up their achievements.
The programme will also link to the training courses of individual CTO members and a rewards scheme means agents will win prizes for completing each module. CTO Director Carol Hay said: “We've been working towards this exciting development for a long time and we're committed to giving agents everything they need to successfully sell the Caribbean."
