A classic tequila drink with juice and grenadine that rises up just like the St. Pete/Cleawater sun!
The ingredients: Crushed ice cubes – 5-6 Tequila 25ml (1 fl oz)
Orange juice – 100ml (4 fl oz) Grenadine – 2 teaspoons
How to make it: Put half the ice cubes, tequila and orange juice into a cocktail shaker and mix. Put the remaining ice in a glass and strain the mixture into it. Slowly pour in the grenadine down the side of the glass and allow to settle.
Decorate with star fruit and orange slices...
