Mallaghan is one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of GSE in Europe and from its factory it exports to many markets such as Europe, Africa, the US, the Middle East and the Far East. TOPSYSTEM

This company specialises in the manufacture of ground support and cargo handling equipment to IATA standards with ISO and CE quality certifi ed products. Its portfolio includes towable and chassis mounted steps and beltloaders; water and lavatory carts; scissor lifts; pallets; containers, baggage and slave pallets. It has formed a JV with Beak Engineering, Australia, to build GPUs for civil and military use, offering a complete range from 30Kva to 180Kva. This JV will also introduce catering trucks and PRM lifts, in partnership with a European manufacturer that will be built and assembled in India, the UK and Australia.


TREPEL AIRPORT EQUIPMENT


Trepel Airport Equipment meets the GSE requirements of today’s modern airports with a complete product range of ground support equipment. It offers cargo loaders from a 3.5 tonne capacity up to the new 35 tonne MDL, as well as transporters and an electric tow tractor. Over the last three years Trepel has also become a well-established manufacturer of conventional tractors. The entire family of Challenger tractors, consisting of Challenger 160, 430 and 700 models, are capable of servicing all commercial as well as military aircraft up to an A380 and the AN225. Nowadays, the Challenger product contributes a considerable part to the revenue of the Trepel company. Recently, Trepel added a small cost-optimised tractor to the Challenger fl eet, the so-called Challenger 150. This tractor targets customers who need to service particular aircraft types of the B737 family as well as the A320 family. What is more, the fully ballasted Challenger 150 is also able to push out B767-200/300 at maximum ramp weight.


VESTERGAARD COMPANY


Vestergaard Company has over 40 years of experience in manufacturing premium quality GSE equipment that fi ts the needs of the smallest commuter as well as the largest commercial aircraft. X OPS


X OPS (Operations on Screen) is a solution for real-time control of mobile equipment in the warehouse and on the ramp. It enables visual control, planning and project simulation of all airport vehicles. It has already been operating successfully at Paris CDG airport for some four years. Moreover, Veolia Airport Services, Air France, WFS, Europe Handling Group, Onet, Sodexi and Flybus already rely on X OPS. The system monitors all linked operations such as cleaning, fuelling, passenger transfers and baggage and distribution of cargo pallets to and from aircraft. X OPS combines geolocation, tele-transmission and video as well as all the available techniques for data seizure, such as PDA, RFID and barcodes. The system can function alongside other systems, such as GPS and wireless communication, making it the perfect tool to maintain a GSE fl eet.
