0900 - 1230 Training Day – Ramp Safety in Mactan Ballroom 3, Ground Level Following on from last year’s Safety Management System training session in Bangkok that focused on the elements of an SMS, in Cebu we will be looking at implementation. Colin will be joined for this session by another former IATA member, Maurizio Anichini, who has joined Bangkok Flight Services as Safety and Quality Assurance Director. Together Colin and Maurizio will outline the practical way that the SMS can be migrated from “documented” to “documented and implemented.” This is not a fast fix, but a step-by-step guide to developing the safety culture within your organisation.
