Cloud Performance Monitoring

Cloud-based solutions allow you to outsource the management of computing resources to a third- party supplier. However you cannot outsource the risk – if your IT services fail then your customers will blame you, not a supplier. We have developed a managed service called Operational Capacity Man- agement. This enables automated reviews of key metrics, highlights unexpected demand changes and identifi es known patterns that lead to issues. To do this we have built our own platform for data analysis that integrates with existing data collec- tion systems, where available, thereby minimising the monitoring overhead and speeding implemen- tation.
