DETAILS: The new MultiTaction Cell 42in (MT420W8) and 55in (MT550W8) with Embedded Windows 8 on Intel Core i7 are the first large-format displays available with a built-in touch user interface. They are also the first to support
simultaneous use of unlimited touch with hands, the new Windows 8 native pen tracking and real-life object interaction. The displays allow clients to use applications from the Windows 8 store, with both
IN1606 EXTRON
IT’S… A six-input, HDCP- compliant video scaler that includes four HDMI inputs, two universal analogue video inputs and two simultaneous HDMI outputs.
DETAILS: The IN1606 accepts a wide variety of video formats including HDMI, HDTV, RGB and standard-definition video. It features an advanced video scaling engine with 1080i deinterlacing and Deep Color
processing to deliver high picture quality for output resolutions up to 1920 x 1200 and 2K.
Enhanced audio features include six stereo inputs, fixed and variable stereo outputs, two mic/line inputs with ducking and 48V phantom power, plus HDMI audio embedding and de-embedding. The IN1606 features
Extron’s SpeedSwitch Technology, which provides
high switching speed for HDCP-encrypted content. EDID Minder and Key Minder automatically manage EDID communication and HDCP key negotiation between input and output devices to ensure reliable operation. The IN1606 also provides immediate visual confirmation and real-time HDCP status verification, offering valuable feedback to system operators and helpdesk support staff.
42in and 55in models running applications compatible across
smartphones, tablets, laptops and desktop PCs. In addition, developers can use their preferred development platforms via industry-standard interfaces such as TUIO and XML stream. MultiTouch’s own Cornerstone SDK is also fully supported. Other features include
ultra-fast 200+ fps Computer Vision Through Screen tracking and the ability to handle an unlimited number
of concurrent users and touches.

embedding, the IN1606 can insert analogue input audio signals onto the HDMI output or extract embedded HDMI audio signals. Audio breakaway allows the analogue audio channels to
be separated from corresponding video signals so that the audio channels can operate as an independent switcher.
