The SME Board of Directors establishes the Society’s business policies and strategic direction, while the SME Member Council formulates recommendations to the Board of Directors relative to Society membership recruitment, retention and engagement. Anyone interested in submitting their application to be considered for a seat on the SME board or to serve on the Member Council can download an application at www.sme.org/structure. Applications are due February 15, 2013.
