Double Mitering Band Saw

The CNC-800DM is a fully programmable, double-mitering band saw with a rigid dual-column design. It incorporates a 10-hp (7.5-kW) saw motor to power its 2" (51-mm) wide saw blade. It has a capacity of 20” (508-mm) round and 16 × 31" (406 × 787-mm) rectangle at 90°. At ±45°, the saw has a capacity of 17.7" (450 mm) and 16 × 21" (406 533-mm) rectangle. The saw head is also capable of mitering to 60° in

one direction. The hydraulic machine vise detects the mate- rial width automatically and can be programmed to position in front of or behind the blade according to the miter angle. Mitering of the saw head is operated via CNC control and up to 99 jobs can be stored for various cutting pieces, lengths, and angles. Cosen Saw
