is an integrated CNC end machining center to cut, chamfer, face, bore, thread, and profile tube. The Elect XL all-electric 12-axis tube bending machine can handle large diameter tube to 150 mm for applications in the automotive, machinery, motorcycle, hydraulic, railway, and shipyard industries. Five-Axis Laser Cutting System

TLH Series five-axis IPG Fiber Laser processing machines provide cutting speeds to 1181 ipm (30 m/min) and feature 2, 3 and 4-kW fiber-optic beam power options. The series is well- suited for hot stamping and for production application that requires high speed cutting of thin gage mild steel, aluminum, or stainless steel, working best with materials less than 3/8" (9.5-mm) thick. Series provides X-Y-Z axis travel up to 177 × 45 × 20" (4500 × 1150 × 500 mm) with positioning and cut- ting accuracy 0.0015/19.68" (0.04/500 mm). Combined with its controllable optical head angles of ±720° on the C axis and rotation of ±135° on the A axis, the TLH can operate in virtu- ally all cutting applications. Series can be modified with two integral pallet changers or a large indexing table up to 114" (2896 mm) for increased flexibility and production. CO2 , Solid-State Laser Cutting

TruLaser 5030 features the fiber-guided 5-kW TruDisk 5001 laser for increased cutting capability in both material thick- ness and speed. Fabricators can cut mild steel up to 1" (25.4 mm), as well as thin sheet material at greatly reduced cost of production. The TruLaser 5030 fiber cuts not only mild steel, stainless, and aluminum cost effectively, but also non-ferrous metals such as copper and brass up to 0.4" (10-mm) thick. Both TruLaser 1030s, one with 2.5-kW CO2

TruDisk 2001 2.0-kW solid-state laser, will be exhibited. The TruLaser 1030 performs especially well when the application involves cutting thin gage sheetmetal and reflective materials. Trumpf Inc.
