Circular Cold Saws The CPO 315 Hitch Feed Automatic Cold Saw is a fully automatic circular cold saw that provides uninterrupted cutting on tubing or solids and supplies the highest quality of cuts. This machine is suitable for high volume and short length applica- tions that require very

accurate and clean cuts. The system has a length tolerance of ±0.004" (±0.102 mm) on up to 3½" (89-mm) diameter tube or pipe and up to 2" (51-mm) solid material. The saw uses a 12½" (318-mm) blade and has the ability to cut pieces as short as 1/8" (3.18 mm) and as long as 90" (2.3 m). This saw uses a 30" (762 mm) index that can be run a maximum of three times. Optional form jaws can be used to feed multiple

It automatically delivers reports showing downtime analysis, OEE, and provides the vital real-time data that is missing from many ERP and MES systems. It comes factory-configured to communicate directly over your LAN with the ShopFloorConnect Machine Interface (SMI) installed on any machine, and using only two readily-available control signals, it can track the machine’s operating status, produc- tion rate, and parts count with no operator involvement. The new Profile360 Generation3 In-Line Profile Measurement System features sensors that have been reengineered around higher-resolution detectors and are produced in the com- pany’s new Advanced Calibration Laboratory. Improvements in the G3 version include improved resolution, accuracy and repeatability, a C-frame angle indicator, an available vortex cooling system, and measurement triggering via encoder or PLC relay contacts. The system is employed by rubber, plastic, wood-plastic composite and ceramic profile extruders to perform 100% inspection of the profile geometry in-line on the extruder; 100% monitoring has been proven to reduce
