COVER: Eileen Neer moved to Oklahoma from New York 22 years ago when her late husband, Dr. Charles Neer II, retired from a decorated career as an orthopaedic surgeon at Columbia- Prebyterian Hospital and returned to his boyhood farm. Eileen has since opened a shop on the farm, which is located near Vinita in rural Craig County. She stays busy assisting customers who come to visit and browse a wide selection of gifts and home decor. She also fills online orders for her popular signature candle line, Scentables, each jar of which she hand-pours personally. Read more about Eileen’s story inside on page four.
