What’s the best advice you’ve ever been given? Who gave it? My Dad, who said “never give up!”
What is your training regime like? We all look after our own physical preparation. Te guys on our team are fantastic with this. Personally, I try to go to the gym four to five times a week. When in Perth I like to run on the beach and do some exercises there. My brother is a pretty good boxer so recently I have been doing some work outs with him which is even better. Sailing wise, we don’t train that much together, but try to do as many events as possible. I am lucky enough to be involved with a couple of the women’s teams, especially the Swedish team, training for the Olympics. I will often act as a training partner which is great.

Tell us something we don’t know about yourself... I am the middle child in my family. I have played two games of ice hockey in Sweden and looking forward to more of that!
