The National Franchise Exhibition taking place on 24 and 25 February at Birmingham’s NEC is a new event for this year and is set to attract crowds of visitors keen to fi nd out more about the world of franchising. With a host of free features and advice, the event offers visitors a superb choice of career opportunities and a real insight into franchising.

What’s more, visitors can have confi dence in the franchises on offer, as the event is exclusively supported by the British Franchise Association (bfa) and only companies that have met the Association’s code of ethics can exhibit. Alongside these business opportunities, a host of free features will offer advice, guidance and support for potential franchisees.


For those who are new to the concept of franchising, the Franchise Starting Point is an ideal place to begin a visit to the exhibition. Experts from organisations


including the bfa, banks, accountants and franchisees will provide visitors with help in considering their options and fi nding a business that suits their requirements. The informative and inspiring franchisee panel is always popular with visitors keen to gain insight into life as a franchisee from those with more experience. It provides an opportunity to hear from franchisees about the transition period from being an employee to a self-employed franchise owner.


These panel sessions enable visitors to have all their questions answered and fi nd out the reality of being a franchisee. The event also features an extensive
