Notable Legal Work

The firm handled regulatory due diligence and compliance due diligence in the possible purchase of a generic company by an innovator firm. The firm provided legal advice to several clients in healthcare regarding data exclusivity, pricing, reimbursement and MA withdrawal, custom failure. The firm gave training together with Ministry of Health to the industry about promotion of pharmaceutical products under the new Promotion Regulation. NSN took part as a legal partner in a big illness awareness campaign for MS patients and created legal structure for a drug company to enter into the country.
