The core business of the M&A & corporate team is to assist industrial entities in the acquisition of Italian entities or businesses, also within the scope of insolvency procedures. Thanks to the several experiences of the partners, a wide variety of productive sectors is covered, ranging from heavy industry to finance, from energy to food industry, from transport to fashion.

The team also accrued a significant experience in private equity and venture capital. The team also advises in mergers and in the reorganisation of corporate governance, offering corporate secretary services too. The services cover also

compliance and regulatory matters, with a particular strength in the insurance sector, where the Banking, Finance and Insurance department is one of the primary Italian advisors in the field of Insurance Law and any related matters.

Notable Legal Work

Jenny & Partners advised in the first-ever IPO on the Swiss Stock Exchange concerning an Italian company (biotechnology sector).

The M&A and Insurance departments

teamed for advising a Swiss client in connection with the acquisition of an Italian insurance company. Subsequently the assistance covered the integration of the entities and the regulatory issues.

The firm also handled all corporate issues in crossborder mergers.
