Notable Legal Work

Hyundai Motor Company Cases (June 2010 – ongoing) GUR has been handling a big anti-counterfeit operation on behalf of the client including sending cease and desist letters, filing civil and criminal actions, enforcing preliminary injunctions and conducting police raids in factories, stores and customs, negotiating with infringers. There are many infringers in the automotive sector who tries to use our client’s well-known mark on counterfeit spare parts and special car services. Therefore, our team has been handling a big operation against the infringers before Courts and Customs. In this sense, we have enforced many preliminary injunctions against infringers, filed complaints and lawsuits against infringers so far.
