Dubai is planning a calendar of fam trips for 2012 and is encouraging agents to sign up for the relaunched Dubai Expert online training
programme to ensure they qualify for future trips. In 2011 over 100 agents joined nine fam trips to the emirate, visiting cultural attractions and souks, as well as the shops. The DTCM also arranged almost 20 training sessions up and down the country for some 600 travel agents. Agents can
