Looking ahead to 2012, Virgin Atlantic has a range of new product and service innovations planned. Its new A330-300s will enter
service, and it will refresh its Gatwick leisure fl eet of 747s, with new seats and infl ight entertainment. The airline fl ies to 34 destinations, and will launch two new routes to Vancouver and Cancun, plus additional fl ights to San Francisco. From March 2012, there will be a new Upper Class meal experience

Iberostar will expand its portfolio into Hungary, and strengthen its footprint in destinations such as Cuba, Spain, Greece and Mexico in 2012. The group has also invested in a refurbishment programme to develop its newly-acquired hotels including the Iberostar Grand Hotel Mencey, Tenerife.
It operates over 100 hotels, in 15 destinations and is bucking the industry trend by opening further properties. It attributes its success
in part to a strong relationship with the UK travel trade. Over 90 percent of its bookings are taken via agents and operators and it has a calendar of events and incentives to support the trade in the UK. Its staff are happy to provide in-branch training sessions.
