2011 CONFERENCE PROGRAMME - OCTOBER 17-18

Learn from THE BEST!

The Business Travel Conference brings together expert industry speakers, a selection of leading business travel suppliers and a maximum of 200 delegates. A series of seminars and workshops take place across the two days, alongside a private TBTC attendee-only exhibition. This tried and tested format of educational programme, supplier exhibition and strictly limited delegate numbers makes for a more intimate atmosphere in which all attendees can freely network and meet with exactly the people they need to. This year’s programme includes a series

of conference sessions open to everyone and a choice of smaller group workshops, all of which will be led by expert speakers addressing delegates from all points of view – from experienced travel managers and intermediaries such as travel management companies, to suppliers from hotel groups, airlines and serviced apartments. Confirmed speakers at TBTC’11 include buyers such as Chris Banks of the Department for Work and Pensions, Will Hasler of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Keith Mullineux of General Electric, and Jamie Hindhaugh of the BBC; suppliers such as Paul Wait of Virgin Atlantic, Jo Redman of the Association of Serviced Apartment Providers, and Morag Alabaster of MWB Meeting Venues; and representatives of intermediaries such as Simone Buckley of Bouda, Chris Thelen of Chambers Travel Management, and Jon West of Hotel Reservation Service.
