Alternate Care Sites: Infection Prevention and Control This webinar covers how to address infection prevention issues in alternate care sites (locations for medical care delivery that occurs outside the acute hospital setting). Guidelines for setting up an infection preven- tion program in alternate care sites to prevent the transmission of healthcare–associated infections and communicable diseases are provided.
