Fly-cruising in focus
If you choose one of our fl y-cruises to/from Australia and New Zealand, your holiday will feature a one way fl ight. In these instances, you have the choice of either making your way to the ship independently or opting for our organised holiday package add-on.
Flights for cruises to/from Australia and New Zealand
This package includes international economy fl ights to/from London, all overseas transfers between the airport and your ship and hotel rooms and meals where fl ight timings require an overnight stay either before or after your cruise. You’ll fi nd more information about this package on page 134.
Plane sailing
Our P&O Cruises recommended fl y-cruise fl ights are with reputable scheduled carriers such as British Airways. If you would like to upgrade your seat, we can also arrange this for you, at a supplementary cost. And when you arrive at your destination, getting to your ship is simple as our representatives will be waiting at the airport to show you to your coach transfers (Private transfer upgrades are available at selected ports from £50 - £130). When you leave to return home, we’ll also provide a coach transfer from your ship to the airport.
City Stays
If you would like to get to know your embarkation or disembarkation ports a little better, we can arrange 1 to 4 night city stays in fi rst rate hotels – turn to page 96 to fi nd out more. If you’d like to spend even longer ashore, either before or after your cruise, we can also arrange fl ights that deviate from your cruise date by up to 6 months. This is a popular option for holidaymakers wishing to explore a destination in more depth or visit relatives living abroad.
Airport extras
If you choose a fl y-cruise holiday, we can help with your UK travel arrangements. If you are fl ying from London, we are able to organise an overnight hotel stay for the night before your fl ight, from £99 per room. If you wish to park at the airport, details of airport parking facilities will be sent to you 2-3 weeks before you travel.
