“Using our 35 years’ experience within the professional industry and working closely with our customers sets us apart from the rest.

“Being a family owned and run business in the era of corporate business makes a big difference and I know all my staff and many of my customers personally. With many of the overseas companies that have opened up here in recent years, customers and staff are simply a reference or account number. I personally attend every trade show that we do as I love to meet and greet both old and new customers at these events.

“We have a commitment to researching and sourcing the right products from around the world. There are many good products on the market in Ireland but there are also

many inferior products. With 35 years’ experience we only offer the best there is on the market today.

“I am very proud of our staff and their commitment to customer service. We try to recruit staff from within the hair and beauty industry, it really helps customers if a staff member knows the industry from both sides. This ethos started with my father Patrick and continues today. His fi rst employee was Fred Bully who had just retired as managing director of Wella Ireland. Our second employee was Helen Christie who stayed with the company for 21 years.”
