FEES AND FUNDING FROM 2012
The RAD is working hard to respond to the Government’s reforms to student finance for 2012 entry. We recommend that prospective undergraduate and postgraduate students check our website regularly for information on student finance decisions.
By commencing a programme of study at the Royal Academy of Dance students are also giving an assurance that, to the best of their knowledge and belief, they have sufficient funds to complete the programme. We realise, however, that circumstances beyond the individual’s control will occasionally affect ability to meet the costs of the programme. Under these circumstances we will do all we can to assist individual students. This will be done on the basis of assessed need and may take the form of a grant or loan.
Where additional funding may be available it is allocated on the basis of assessed ability to contribute to the programme and need. The RAD will look favourably on candidates who can demonstrate that they have sought funding from other sources.
DEFERRED ENTRY
Students who defer entry from 2011 to 2012 will come under the new arrangements in place from September 2012. You should contact the Admissions Officer for advice if you applied, or are considering applying, for deferred entry.
