Yes I Can.
As athletes, we often seek a source of motivation to keep us going through a long swim, bike or run training session, or even when we hit a wall during a race.
We asked for our fans to post their favorite motivational quotes on our Facebook page at
facebook.com/usatriathlon. We got some great responses from your fellow athletes who shared quotes that kept them going when training or racing got rough.
