KEEP THE SPORT CLEAN
The United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA), with the cooperation of USA Triathlon, has worked to provide testing services for USAT-sanctioned events and athletes, both in-competition and out-of-competition. It is important for all competitors to understand that this testing is currently in effect and can include any level, from elite National Team members to age group athletes.
USA Triathlon takes anti-doping efforts very seriously on behalf of its constituents. Efforts in the U.S. – and around the world – to detect, deter and ultimately prevent doping in all sports are growing and affecting positive change for future generations of athletes. Athletes competing in events sanctioned by any NGB, including USA Triathlon, should be aware that drug testing is becoming integrated into more events, at all competition and age levels, and in out-of-competition settings.
