Rolex Big Boat Series September 8-11


With San Francisco receiving extra

Nanaimo, British Columbia, the starting point of the Van Isle 360, I was consumed with anticipation for what the following sixteen days would have in store for me. Aboard Steve Travis’ OD48 Flash, I knew I would embark on a journey uncharted among my personal experiences. Little did I know that the Van Isle 360 would also be the journey of a lifetime.

work being done at South Lake Union Park, the Center for Wooden Boats will host the Norm Blanchard Wood Open & One Design Regatta. Large classic racer-cruisers up to 40ft.
