The Cape

The 18-35’s travel specialist, Contiki Holidays, has moved into the South American market with six tours of Peru,
Argentina and Brazil included in its first brochure for the region. Each tour includes an ‘Only Contiki’
feature not often offered by other operators and accommodation options include three-star hotels and ‘Special Stays’ like an Amazon eco-lodge. Itineraries range in length from eight to 24 days and include authentic local
experiences, such as the hot springs in Chivay, the Condor Pass in the Colca Canyon, a tango show in Buenos Aires and dancing with the locals on the beach in Buzios. Prices lead-in at £1,089pp for the eight-day Andes and Amazon Highlights Tour which includes Lima, the colonial town of Cusco, Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu and Puerto Maldonado. The One Stop Touring Shop will be supporting travel agents selling these tours with incentives, collateral and a team of five dedicated sales managers nationwide who can explain the destination and Contiki’s product.
