A good package tempts Conlon back to Volvo
Having purchased their first Volvo machine in August 2009 followed by excavators in the latter part of last year, Conlon Plant Ltd has opted once again for a further package of Volvo machines for its fleet.
In total the company has ordered four fourteen tonne EC140C’s, two EC27C and two ECR48C compact excavators plus a brace of DD24 tandem rollers. According to managing director, Dermot Conlon, the fact that the company had had a high degree of reli- ability from the first machines and good service support coupled to a good competitive package including finance and assurances were the deciding factors in his purchasing decision.
