Roberta Marks will be on display in the Ar- mory’s main hall at 600 White St. Te exhi- bition is a collection of abstract acrylic paintings by a disparate group of 24 artists, each of whom brings personal energy and in- terpretation to Roberta’s teachings. Tis ex- hibition is the result of Roberta’s challenge to her students to “break with familiar patterns of expression.” Marks serves as curator of this show,


which includes paintings by established and emerging artists, including Marta White, Veronika Bunk, Guillermo Orozco, Lucy Paige and Sandra McMannis. Some students have been with her for years, some for decades.
