Truman Waterfront Advisory Board. Te Board unanimously accepted our conceptual master plan with the conditions and sent it off to the City Commission.

GD: As it stands today, what parts of development for the Truman Waterfront are included in your conceptual plan? BSTe conceptual plan includes all the elements that were included in all of the public hearings back in the late 90s, early 2000s. Te Tru- man Waterfront Advisory Board re- ally worked through this thing and accepted the master conceptual plan. Tere are no details to the plan, it just incorporated all the el-

ements that everybody over the years have developed and put cer- tain conditions on it which they asked me to stand up. Tey came to me and said that they had a base plate to work from and wanted to know if I would accept the follow- ing conditions. I read all the listed conditions and thought they were good ideas.

GD Can you name some of those conditions? BS Eaton Street connectivity and pedestrian bicycle access through the Geraldine, Angela, and Eaton streets. Bicycle paths along the roadways. Preserving and creating view corridors and entryways. Pub- lic access to the boat ramp. Water features with public access. Overall
