‘It needs hundreds of ideas to achieve one success.’ This strapline was the motto of the innovation competition ‘3-3-3’ created by the Generali Deutschland Group. In November 2010, the bi-annual meeting of the CEOs of all German group companies and additionally all board members of the Generali Deutschland Holding decided to hold a competition within the Generali
Deutschland Group to generate ideas from employees from very different backgrounds and fields of activity.
