phis-branded products, the Street Reference line, featuring two 12-inch subwoofers and an amplifier. For its MR line, the company added a five-channel amplifier and a 1,200- watt mono block amplifier. The company also introduced pod tower speakers for boats. They feature a compression horn, aluminum mounting hardware and come in white and gunmetal gray. Memphis is also offering a new waterproof source unit, ca- pable of connecting to MP3 players, USB and smartphones that offer media player features. It also offers built-in AM/ FM radio, a 40 x 4-Watt amplifier and is Bluetooth ready (requires external module). Beyond new products, Memphis announced that it is the


designed for higher power systems and works well with a 50- 75-watt amp, according to the company. Kicker added more SKUs to its amplifiers. new Android app and announced distribution agreements with a number of companies. In Metra’s Axxess line, the company showed its ASWC-


STALK and its RFASWC steering wheel control solutions, which allow an installer to add steering wheel control of an aftermarket radio to a vehicle. These models are also compatible with Bluetooth-enabled head units, according to the company. Next, the company introduced 30 new models in its vehicle-specific OE Style Direct Fit Mobile Multimedia Enter- tainment Systems product line, which features navigation, iPod connectivity, multimedia connectivity and hands-free Bluetooth capability.


In its line of dash kits, the company introduced its new 2011 Chevy Cruze kit, which includes parts for DIN and dou- ble-DIN radios, and its 2010-and-up Ford Fiesta Kit. Lastly, Metra announced its


first Android app for the Android Market, which provides a vehicle fit guide for Metra products, an installation videos section and company sales contact infor- mation.
