Lucy and Amy said:

"The Christopher Ward advertising project supplied us with knowledge and skills that will be useful in helping us chose our careers later in life, and it gave us an insight into how a successful business is run."

Once he had the idea for the student project, Dan contacted Chris via the forum to see if he would participate. “When the students knew that Chris Ward himself was going to be involved they worked harder then ever before. I’m already planning to develop the idea for next year’s cohort,” Dan says.

As part of the prize Amy, Lucy and Dan spent a day at Christopher Ward in Maidenhead, seeing their ads made up professionally and visiting the watch clinic. Lucy and Amy were delighted with the opportunity the project gave them. They said: "The

Chris Ward was delighted to help out the A level students. “It gave me a real buzz looking at the students’ work. It was very well presented, there were some really great ideas and they captured the ethos and aspirations of what we do.”

And it looks like there are some

media professionals in the making from the results seen here.

As part of Lucy and Amy’s day Chris arranged a photo shoot to re-create the ad that was chosen and shown here is the shot that was selected.
