OpenScape collaborates
SIEMENS Enterprise Comm-
unications has launched the OpenScape UC Suite 2011, a new solution with a particular emphasis on collaboration.
The suite includes OpenScape
Web Collaboration, which is an enterprise-grade web conferencing solution that can be installed on one server in an hour, and offers one-click collaboration, allowing users to move seamlessly between web, chat and multi-party desktop videoconferencing. The solution requires no client installation, has low infrastructure commitment with no server down- time for upgrades. OpenScape Web Collaboration
leverages technology from Fast- Viewer GmbH & Co, which has entered into an agreement to be acquired by Siemens Enterprise Communications. Cisco-BMC form strong partnership
CISCO and BMC Software have formed a strategic alliance to devel- op and market new solutions for large scale multi-tenant cloud com- puting infrastructures. The two companies are aligning
product development roadmaps and technology architectures, and have rolled out a new cloud solu- tion, the Integrated Cloud Delivery Platform, designed for service pro- vider and large scale private cloud computing environments. Adept Telecom celebrates great gains in new business acquisition
ADEPT Telecom recorded its high- est ever new business month last November since trading began in June 2003. New sales were more than 11% up on the previous best set in August 2008.
The bounty included some key wins for data networks within the private and public sector as well as some significant gains through the traditional voice channel. Adept also secured its first
