Kelway gets IT company

ICT solutions and services pro- vider Kelway has acquired managed services specialist ISC Computers, including all brands and companies operating under the firm. ISC Computers is a well estab-

lished services provider with 280 employees and annual revenues of £54m. Its expertise lies in special- ist managed services and emerg- ing technologies including private cloud and desktop virtualisation. The acquisition rounds off a

year of strong growth for Kelway. With forecasted organic growth of £55m, the company is expected to end the financial year in March 2011 with revenues approaching £250m, a 40% increase on the previous year. The impact of ISC Computers will boost Kelway to predicted annualised revenues in excess of £300m. Through an ambitious acquisi-

tive strategy Kelway has integrated four acquisitions into its operations and reinvested in the business. “Until now a small number of dominant players have controlled a majority stake in the ICT solutions and services market, limiting the choice for enterprises,” commented Phil Doye, CEO of Kelway. “We believe Kelway now has the necessary capabilities and scale to offer a viable alternative.”
